Description
This micro servo offers full 360-degree rotation in both forward and backward directions, making it ideal for simple, moving robots. Unlike standard servos, it doesn’t move to a fixed position but instead rotates continuously, controlled by any standard servo code, hardware, or library.
It comes with five horns and attachment screws for easy setup. When using an Arduino, connect the orange control wire to pin 9 or 10 and use the Servo library included with the Arduino IDE.
To operate:
– Position “90” (1.5ms pulse) stops the servo.
– Position “180” (2ms pulse) moves it at full speed forward.
– Position “0” (1ms pulse) moves it at full speed backward.
A simple calibration might be needed. Just set the servo to ‘stop’ and gently adjust the potentiometer in the recessed hole with a small screwdriver until the servo halts completely.
